Perfect use case for AI.


I view AI as a way to enable our human BDRs and sales reps to focus their efforts on the highest-quality leads, while AI handles:

  1. Initial follow-up with new leads from lead sources that the dealership receives a large quantity of but results in a low sold percentage.
  2. Long-term follow-up with old, unsold leads (and sold customers nearing the purchase cycle) to reactivate them and then hand off to humans.
