Kevin,I don't disagree but the difference is that in the car business we deal with somewhat of an intangible value:How much is a used car worth with the options, mileage, availability, color, etc that it has?As a note is also well know that in Craigslist (I don't have as much information from other sources) if you don't put prices call go up significantly (doesn't mean you will sell more cars) and that you also capture a different type of client by going that route.
