Westlake is not flexible in any sense of the word. I don't believe it to be a situation in which it can't be done from a technical perspective. I believe it to be more of an issue of getting Westlake to WANT to import a credit application from an outside vendor.I tried repeatedly for 90 days to get them to make a programming modification that would allow me to use a stand alone CRM. I struggled with this, until I finally got the "right" person on the phone. In a matter of 10 seconds the struggle was over. The answer was no.Make no mistake, I know absolutely nothing about programming and I will never pretend to. My comments were based upon personal experience.
