Every Dealer I've ever worked for and talked to reconditions their used cars prior to purchase. Carvana has proven to me that if you don't fully recondition the vehicle and clearly list the imperfections on the website, shoppers will conclude that this a sign of transparency (i.e. trust).


This observation is a great example of the distrust the shoppers have with dealers.
