You're spot on about follower feedback.  It's much easier for people to scroll past content they dislike than to leave a comment explaining why.  The algorithm definitely plays a huge role in what gets seen, and a drop in engagement is a death knell for visibility.  I agree that building a genuine following takes time and effort – there are no shortcuts.  And yeah, bot activity is super obvious and usually backfires spectacularly.  Social media platforms are constantly working to detect and eliminate fake engagement, so anyone trying to game the system is risking a lot.  It's always better to focus on creating quality content that resonates with your target audience.
