Do you really need a paid service for Yelp? If you have claimed your business on Yelp you get an email every time a new review is written. You can also setup a Google Alert to receive an email for reviews left there. Some social media tools, Tweetdeck and Hootsuite, will help you track mentions for your business across social networks.
If you are a DealerRater Certified Dealer and have their Certified 360 Dashboard enabled you'll get a daily email that lists reviews written at other sites across the web. Hope this helps.
