I am curious to hear from dealers what they are thinking about the Carvana "value tracking" strategy. Most dealers I talk to are actually getting value tracking emails in their inbox from helping customers compare trade values with Carvana in the store. We believe dealers should be running this strategy as it is a subtle way to stay in front of customers with information they want to receive. Value tracking is part of our 4 pillars for improving acquisition and we have done quite a bit of product research on it. Would love to talk here in the forum or privately at Mike@motoacquire.com.
