Hi guys. Its been about 2 months since this post was updated. Was wondering if anyone had any updates? Seeing an increase of texting?Just curious, because I'm at a small dealership (probably much smaller than most of you are from) and this seems to be a reasonable option for us. Much better than trying to staff a person to use the "chat with us" option. Though I have never used it, I really can't see having someone sit in front of a terminal just to wait for someone to "chat". At least in my head that's how I picture the process.
