Hello fellow DR users, I'm looking for some feedback.

There is a discussion here about some products that are interesting but I am a cynic until I see something produce.

Here's the scenarios:

• "Text for more info" hangers in cars to get info, mainly for after hours and Sundays. Opinions?
• Text for more info links on the websites for more info. We're being courted by a company, but as usual, they all seem to have the silver bullet.
• We're using Contact at Once and I am amazed at how many customers will chat vs pick up the phone. We're seeing a lot of service and parts inquiries as well as car questions.
• Q-codes or barcodes for cars we have in the local shopping mall. I don't see "regular" non geek folks downloading an app to scan a code to get info on a car.

Ideas?
