We (dealerships) often overlook the simple acts of customer service that often make all the difference.
You mention the KBB customer survey where "75% of new vehicle buyers last year said they were happy with the dealership experience." However, I wonder if the current retail landscape could throw a wrench into the mix due to dealers taking advantage of the rare opportunity to admen "market adjustment" pricing.?.. All the more reason to focus on NOT screwing it up!
