I am getting ready to enroll with TrueCar next week.  I had read all of the horror stories about the law suits and the way that they "withhold" information from dealers, and on and on and on.

Through the process of gathering information and making my decision to move forward with TrueCar, I really found a completely different understanding of what this company does. 

For me, the first thing that I had to understand is that these customers are theirs.  They are not mine.  This is not a "lead provider", or a listing site.  These people are in business to sell cars, period.  They don't care if they sell their customer my car or your car.  Their loyalty is to their customer, not to me.  I just happen to have the vehicle that I am willing to allow them to sell to their customer for a predetermined price. 

They are doing whatever needs to be done in order to put themselves in the best possible position to get their customer to purchase a vehicle.

Bottom line from where I am sitting......if you don't like their methods then why in the hell would you do business with them?  For the love of God, stand for SOMETHING!
