I think this group/people that participate in the forums is a little above the rest when is comes to customer service (and expectations)


I try, I REALLY try, to keep an open mind when a vender calls me. However, if you don't have your elevator pitch done and ready for me when I ask what you are trying to set-up a meeting for - you have lost me.  I give you 30 secs to set-up yourself.


Part of the problem is also these BDC/Appointment type calls. "We would like to set-up a online meeting to go over......XXXXXX".   Website, SEM, SEO -- whatever. But this person calling has no clue what is being sold, just an appointment maker.
