After closing a claim in CDK I am unable to get the RO to download to the Chrysler website. Other manufactures I have no issue but I can't do it with Chrysler. I have spoken with dealerships and they tell me it's hopeless. They have always manually entered the claim. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions with this?
