I'd agree as well with appx income, US or CA. And be prepared to "expand" to more then tweaking H tags etc. Social Media etc. is a must as well.

Sometimes I have my doubts regarding inhouse, but third party can give a store the foxhole mentality.

Dealer blames third party not good enough/trying enough etc

third party blames store.. slow getting info/not enough money being spent
