[USER=2994]@jscole86[/USER], I would tend to agree, as managing at a dealership is like constantly putting out one fire after another. But, I also find it super ironic that people aren't willing to put in the time to save time  :). Objectively speaking, if a salesperson has a 25% closing ratio, that means they are only productive for 2.5 hours of a 10 hour day.
