Our largest barrier to servicing more customers and reconditioning more cars is finding quality mechanics. Even in a larger market, with a tech training and recruiting department, we still struggle to make great hires.
I'm not sure how this gets rectified over the next couple years but I can only hope schools are pushing more students into trades opposed to 4-year degrees most won't end up using + debt they don't need.
