I think many, including the OEM's, Amazon, 3rd party sites, etc. have no clue what happens day-to-day in the car business. There are more moving parts than any of them can imagine. That's one of the reasons that I created my thread. So outsiders can see some of the oddball challenges that we run into. And my post are even generalized! If I posted every detail it would stun some people.
