I use Chrome - mainly because of the Google Apps integration (it loads pages faster, and both my personal and work account use Google Apps). I have also found the ability to have my book marks, passwords, auto fill, extensions, and tabs follow me from computer to computer very valuable.I do have a few other browsers installed on my work PC (FF, IE, Safari) - allows for cross browser testing of things. As it is important to see what your site will look like across "YOUR" users.
