Pretty much everything. The main one was the fact that we were sold on the idea that their leads would be very low funnel and they the costumer had to go through several steps before sending in a lead. The only leads that ever responded said something to the effect of "We just started looking and weren't expecting to hear from anyone." We only sold one lead that came from them, but they tried to charge us for two others that started the process with us before they interacted with TrueCar.
