I posted this on LinkedIn-CARFAX Canada why don't your reports have photos of the collision damage? It's 2025 for crying out loud. Of all the people involved with a collision, there is more than one smartphone with a camera involved. We have the car owners involved in the crash, the police, the tow truck driver, the impound yard staff, the insurance agent/adjuster, and the body shop. So why don't we have photos? Looking forward to your reply. Why do we still have reports that say collision but there is no other data to speak of? No description of damage, No estimate, No claim. Or the ones that do have a claim amount but no description of the damage? That report is doing more harm than good. And what about service records that just simply say- vehicle serviced with no description of the service?!?! FFS CarFax earn your report money. Do Better!
