Need help Windows 7 and Reynolds.

Typing the captcha remotely... Anyone know a way to get around these things with out someone physically being there and doing it for me? It will not allow me to advance unless someone on that machine types the "security question". I think it is detecting a remote user or something. If this is not enough explanation please let me know.

Anyone out there with a little direction?

What remote software are you using - Logmein, join.me, or just remote desktop?

Have you tried typing the captcha with the on-screen keyboard?

I'm trying to do it with logmein. Yes, I've tried the on-screen keyboard... it still will not let me run the function remotely. It keeps telling me security check failed.

Did anyone ever find a workaround for this?
I tried to login remotely while out of the country and absolutely no luck.
Tried on-screen keyboard, copy/pasting methods, etc.

A dealer struggled to get Reynolds & Reynolds (R&R) working on Windows 7 Pro despite being told there would be no compatibility issues, particularly with the F&I section and pin printer functionality. Through community input, the solution involved using 32-bit Windows 7 (not 64-bit), downgrading to R&R version 5.2.0.8m, and contacting R&R support directly, which ultimately resolved the issue through settings adjustments rather than OS incompatibility. The key insight is that while R&R doesn't officially support Windows 7, it can work unofficially with proper configuration and vendor support.
