reynolds and reynolds eraccess automatic supersession of part numbers

instead of eraccess asking if i want to supercede part number everytime with a "y" or "n" can it be made to automatically say yes?
i am new to reynolds and reynolds.
does eraccess even have this capability?
any advice would be great.

when you add parts to an ro and at the end it states send message to tech?
can you put a generic message in there for any tech to see or do you have to know the tech # for the tech that is working on the ro?

Integralink is a service owned by ADP? (I think) that will automate the polling for RR dealers.

I would take a look at the settings in 2161. If your supersession chains are updating correctly there, I would think that prompt would disappear.

This is a stretch -but there may be something under 2068 that affects this function -otherwise the tech assigned to the work is probably who the messages will go to.
