If you are a dealer, the best place to find help would be to start at your state association. Their legal counsel could help you find the info probably.

If its Reynolds, good luck! We left Reynolds in Jan 2009 and still trying to figure out how I could get our data. Not worth a suit, they got deeper pockets and will stonewall you.
