Around 200 listings all day yesterday and only 7 so far today.
6000 by 9am in Seattle on a normal day, less than 100 today by that time.

Yes, dunno, and yes on our part; apparently a state capital is not "big" enough for them to introduce the feature. (I wound up putting ads on my personal card, calling my issuer, having them note it on the account, and getting reimbursed.)I've heard that CC are getting blocked after 5 postings or so.
That buying blocks is so far very challenging.
That blocks are available only for major areas (not subareas).

We haven't been able to post today, the CC is being declined/error codes. Seems strange since CL supposedly isn't storing our CC information on their servers. I actually used a different card than I used yesterday.
We haven't tried to purchase any blocks.
Yesterday I was the only one (4 posts) that posted in the dealer section of my city. Today there's a few more though.
Craigslist announced a $5 per post fee for dealer vehicle listings starting December 3rd, with ads lasting 30 days and no renewal option. Dealers discuss the impact, with most viewing it positively as a way to reduce spam and low-quality leads, though some question the ROI given the accumulated costs and manpower needed to manage postings. The consensus is that while the fee will eliminate casual spammers and excessive daily reposting, it may also reduce overall traffic and lead quality for dealers who stay on the platform.
