Software/program for uploading to dealer billboard

Does anyone have a company they'd recommend for uploading images to a dealer billboard?
The company we were using went under and we need a new program.

For our LED street sign we currently use http://adart.com.

My FIRST Robotics team uses Screenly for their pit displays. It runs on a Raspberry Pi board (about $30), freemium pricing, easy to administer, keeps running when the internet quits (and it'll warn you when a screen disconnects and reconnects).
