Facebook: Managing Pages - Can't add other Page Roles

I had a number of pages for our sales team that Facebook decided to push into a business account for me. When they did that, it removed access from the sales reps for their individual pages.

I have tried everything I could think of:
- Removed pages from business manager
- Removed reps' roles from pages
- Re-adding reps

Whenever I try to re-add the rep as any role, I get an error that the person already has a role on the page, despite me being the sole manager of each page.

Posting on Facebook help communities has only given me toll free numbers to scammers telling me to buy gift cards to "verify my IP".

Anybody else run into this? Any thoughts on what can be done?

I am tempted to create second pages for each of them, add them to the new page & merge the pages together to see if that does anything.

I'll see if I can get through to a real person this time. I had a couple of "support numbers" listed, that turned out to be attempts to scam me out of Steam gift cards to verify my IP address lol
