Where do you all think the market is going?

Many tools are dated like Carsforsale and Dealercenter but dealers need them to operate. What are your alls thoughts on where the industry is headed (obviously we'll hear a lot about ai) but where do you think it is headed and why? What sort of tools do you guys see coming out that dealers will use in the future that will act as the new DealerCenters and CarsforSale?

I think the future is less about AI alone and more about automation. Dealers will want platforms that combine CRM, inventory, customer communication, financing, and analytics in one place to save time and reduce manual work.

when you say all in one place may you describe the current layout of what dealers are facing and what might solve the problems through automation? trying to deeply understand pain points here..
