    Dealership Phone Systems

    One of our stores has a very old partner acs phone system and we are looking to upgrade. Has anyone had any experience with NEC phone systems? To be honest I had never really heard of them. Are they a top contender? Avaya and Alcatel are really all i'm familiar with.

    Thank you for all of your responses. We are going to be moving to DDC CRM soon. IMagicLab is beginning to test my patience. They are probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their CEO will not work with us at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. I can't wait to get rid of them.

    We've used dealertrack for years. One of our office managers who has used ADP and REYREY told me today about something called "power posting" that exists on ADP and REYREY. does anyone know if we can do that in Dealertrack DMS?

Since Dealertrack purchased dealer.com we were thinking it would be a pretty good fit. We are even thinking about switching to them for our web hosting...but that's for another...

    Does ROI-bot basically take all of your marketing and put it into a centralized dashboard for reporting? That's what the site looked like it did.

    They kind of did. When the whole ISIS initiative happened years ago through BMW. ReyRey was kind of incharge of it with ICP. ReyRey was used in BMW for the network end. Before BMW had their backend DCS, Reyrey provided it, but it wasnt used as the DMS......its kind of confusing.

It also allowed us to create a chat system within the company using Spark as the front end chat client...

    I've always thought of putting QR codes on window stickers of vehicles...maybe to a youtube review of the car or something more creative. I've never actually put the effort into it though. I'm sure somewhere out there its done.
