I need a replacement for Stockwave...Any Suggestions?

Hi,
I am considering a replacement for them as well. Its expensive but very helpful. I have been having issues this year and the latest problem is going on three weeks now with no fix.

I have been using stockwave for years now and I have found tech support to be very slow to actually fix anything.

Why are you making the switch and what other software have you seen so far?

Is carfax raising your price? Mine just went from $462 to $1980 a month! I am not / cant pay that and trying to figure out what I am going to do. They have a monopoly in this industry. I spoke with a rep and they were not helpful.

I never had an issue with the Carfax and stockwave relationship for years until now.
