We are a fast growing Kia dealership with a large used car department. We are located in Hollywood, Florida - a great, family friendly city located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. We are looking to hire someone to manage and grow the BDC / Internet department. We currently have 3 people handling all phone and internet leads. We need a manager that can organize, grow and oversee the department and our internet presence.

Our CRM is Vinsolutions.
Candidates should have minimum 3 years experience in dealership bdc / internet sales.
Prior management experience is preferred, but not required. If you are a successful ISM that wants to move up into management, this may be a great opportunity to step out and start.
Compensation will be performance-based commission. Great earning potential.
Experience with Vinsolutions CRM would be a plus.
