As a competitor, it pains me to say that the feedback I've received and the presentation I saw from them was very strong. I'd say they're an A-player in search marketing.

I'm friends with a number of the key players on the sales side, since many of those folks were instrumental in AutoTrader.com's explosive growth in their early days. Very good people.

We have been using Netsertive since August. Very happy with them so far, very hands on, knowledgeable, and reachable. These guys are an easy text, email or call away. They're constantly updating and testing our ads and we have two week call updates to see what's going on. We'd been through three other SEM companies this past year for our Auto Group. My understanding is they have been in SEM for a while, the auto industry not as long, but they back some really big names in business.

I have been using Netsertive with 2 of our dealerships since about Aug, in the process of getting our other dealerships with them. They have great communication, and my rep visits the dealership quite often.
