Phone Ninjas is a rapidly growing company, looking to hire for 2 positions- working remotely from home.
1. Full time Coach- A coaches role is to manage and coach her dealerships, training them on a script. Coaches also mystery shop (submitting leads as potential clients to a dealership and record and coach the results of the call and email).
2. Full and Part-Time Coaching Assistant- A CA's role is to feed the sales/service/parts calls to the Coach on a daily basis. They work behind the scenes.
