Hi,

Has anyone noticed Autoweb's stock price falling lately? Does anyone think they will get a bid from anyone? Trilogy? Any private guys?

It's $3. They have $2 in cash, and I'm sure the business is worth more than the $22m it's currently trading at.

The $100m leads business is probably solid?

This should help explain:

There's some talk that they're in a position to be acquired, despite cash on hand not being as bad as you might think. I believe they are one and the same with Autobytel now, which is a more recognizable name for some.

✨ AI Highlights

A user questions whether Autoweb's declining stock price ($3/share) signals an acquisition opportunity, noting the company has $2M in cash and a $100M leads business despite trading at only $22M market cap. Responders clarify that Autoweb is now one entity with Autobytel and confirm acquisition speculation is plausible given the valuation, though specific financial figures remain unverified. The thread offers no definitive conclusion but suggests the stock may be undervalued relative to its assets and revenue-generating business lines.
