We recently added Johns Hopkins to our ambassador program.

In auto news, Navy Federal Credit Union is the 23rd largest auto lender.

What about the Navy for a ambassador program ?

Anyone working with Navy Federal Credit Union ? Opinions ?

I didn't think dealers could get on board with NFCU?? I can be wrong, but regardless, the rates I'm seeing with them can be found many other places.

....but are you talking about getting leads from potential NFCU customers? .....I hated the CUDL leads when I was at my old Toyota store out of the 10 or so we got a month I sold none of them.

You can't book contracts direct with NFCU. Blake, do you know differently?

We see a lot of NFCU members here since we are in Hampton Roads. They have very good rates, but we can beat those 50% of the time. The place where they will beat your lenders is buying negative equity. They will buy super deep on any member, I have seen some crazy negative equity deals get approved by them.

  • The discussion reveals that while NFCU cannot book contracts directly with dealers and their rates are often competitive elsewhere, the real issue appears to be with the quality of NFCU leads they generate—with one dealer strongly cautioning against them based on poor conversion rates.
