Anybody signed up with the IRS Clean Vehicle credit site?

We have gotten some communication but responses are very few and far between. Our situation is a little different since we had previously been registered, but after going back and forth over the last few weeks and sending them documents they requested, then making changes to those documents they requested, they finally acknowledged that the documents were accepted and basically said "Our team is working to process all of these applications as quickly as possible. Please periodically check your account to see if it has become active." Well that was 10 days ago. No changes or message replies since then. In total it has now been over 6 weeks that our account has been inactive, which has been brutal for our business
Well Joe, at least you get to talk to a real person and successfully submitted require documents. We haven't been able to talk to any real person since day 1, all we get was some automated replies. And yes we really need this POS credit to move these EVs.

Any update this week? We are now at over 2 weeks since we were told to periodically check our account to see if it has become active (which would indicate that we should be back up and running rather quickly, right?), and still nothing. It's an absolute joke at this point. No responses to the multiple messages we have sent during this timeframe, just asking for some sort of timeline. How many requests/applications could they possibly dealing with for it to take this long? Ridiculous
