Anyone else’s title/admin workflow way more manual than it should be?

Been looking into the backend ops side of dealerships lately, especially title clerk work, and honestly I didn’t realize how much of it is still just manual document checking, chasing missing info, cross-referencing PDFs/forms, updating systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

We built a small automation that helps with parts of the title clerk workflow. Basically it can review uploaded docs, flag missing/inconsistent info, summarize what’s wrong, and create an internal note so the clerk knows exactly what needs to be fixed or followed up on.

Not trying to replace the title clerk obviously. More like cut out the annoying repetitive parts so they can focus on the exceptions and actual coordination.

Curious if anyone else here deals with this type of stuff. Is title/admin work a real bottleneck at your store, or is it usually handled pretty smoothly?

Also wondering how much of the pain is actually document review vs chasing people/sales/F&I/customers for missing info.
