Anyone have any feedback on ZAG?

Just dropped them. Problem is, in our area, we need to compete at $500 - $1,000+ below invoice just to be in the ballpark of other dealers. So, financially, it makes very little sense to pay them $300 to lose $1,000. Not only that, but we received about 100-150 leads per month from ZAG and converted about 2-3%. Very low. It is taking away a ton of resources from our Internet Dept. and giving us no return. In the long run, I can make up those sales by dealing better with other leads elsewhere - and not lose profit.

However, the majority of the problem I see is our market. If you can make a decent amount of money off them based on the market you are in - you will certainly have the leads and opportunity to make deals. They cover AAA, USAA, AMEX, TrueCar.com, Consumer Reports, & BoA just to name a few lead sources...
