Anyone Tried Reactivating Old Leads Lately?

Hey all, quick question—how are you handling dormant leads these days? Do you have a pile of old inquiries sitting around, SMS could shake some life into them. Been messing with an AI tool that targets those folks—no upfront cost, just a cut if they buy. Anyone tried something similar or got a go-to trick for re-engaging? Curious what’s working for you!

FullPath Audience Activation is the best tool we have found for this. They use SMS + Email to turn dormant leads into active shoppers. They use automated features like price drop alerts, equity mining offers, etc..

You can also build your own custom campaigns and their audience builder is the best there is. For example, you can build a list of anyone with a payment over $800 and an interest rate over 8% and offer a "drop the payment" messaging. Or you can send private offers to anyone who has viewed a VDP on your site in the last XX days but not submitted a lead to get them talking to your dealership. Tons of options here and these campaigns are way more targeted than just throwing more money at Search or Social campaigns.

I would also have a look at BDC.ai which can make outgoing phone calls using A.I. agents as well to try to reactivate old leads or recent leads that did not convert. We have a client testing their platform now and the phone calls with the A.I. are pretty impressive.
