I stumbled across this website Heatmaps, Visitor Movies, Web Analytics | Customer Experience Analytics by ClickTale which looks pretty interesting. Looks like an Arnold in the Predator heat map of where customers are visiting on your site.

I was messing around with Click Tale a few years ago. At the time the code was a little heavy and seemed to be slowing the sites down on page load. The information I was seeing was great, unfortunately I never upgraded and lost time in order to dig deeper into their services. It was great to watch what steps each visitor would take when they visited your dealers website. It was an eye opener 3 years ago and I'm sure they have continued to improve their services.
