Is there a training course that goes over which form to use when selling a car in California?

applying for a dealer license. Never worked at a dealer. Only experience is from curbstoning.

Check with the California Independent Dealers Association.

Don't tell them that you are a past "curbstoner". Curbstoning is illegal. Probably not the best way to start out!
