Automotive Stimulus Plan - Tax Break for Consumers Buying a Vehicle

How about a break for those of us who can't afford a new car? Used cars should be included in this litte deal as well. Also, on the subject of economical vehicles, how about a break for the guys on motorcycles? Mileage and cost to operate a scooter or motorcycle is far less than a car. We should recieve the same concideration as those who own four wheels. As usual, the lawmakers only see the centerline of the road and not the whole road.
