I’m looking for a reliable ruler online tool that can give accurate on-screen measurements in inches and centimeters.
Most of the ones I’ve found either aren’t scaled correctly or depend on screen size calibration, which can be tricky.
I need it for quick design references and layout checks, mainly on a laptop.
Has anyone found a tool that stays consistent and user-friendly across different devices?
