Broad Blanket Question about Recruitment Companies and Technicians

We're a market leading Recruitment Consultancy in the UK, looking like many have done to broaden our market to the US. I'd love to hear your honest impression of using recruitment agencies. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Have you used them? Was it successful? Were they good value for money etc etc?

What do we think? We specialize mainly in mechanics.
