Hello all - I need some help. I will be making some microsites and will be installing google analytics into the sites. I want to have unique trackable and recordable phone numbers for each of my sites and would LOVE to be able to integrate my Callbright numbers into my Google Analytics for conversions.

Is this possible? If so - can someone point me in the right direction? Any and all help would be much appreciated. The folks at Callbright don't know if it can and I can't seem to find anything online helping me out.

Thanks!
Marc

I believe we have that technology. We aren't really known for our call tracking but its really robust what you can do with it. I read something about this recently. If you are interested I can do some research and have someone email it to you.

I love this post....dealers don't track nearly as well as they should.

Marc I can do it with callbright. cant really go into detial now on black friday deadline but call me at 281.455.3811 and I talke you though what and how we do that.

CallBright can do it, don't need to change providers.

On technical note - this is how it is done: When the number is dialed and call completed, the call tracking company will issue a browser-based call to a page on your website. You tag this as a conversion in your completed goals in Analytics. Basically make a page that has GA code on it. Use GA URL Builder Tool to further tag specifics in the link with campaign information you wish to save.

This solution is not perfect, but provides the data in one quick snapshot - which is probably what you are looking for.

Drew has it right!

Your call tracking provider should have the ability to ping a conversion page on your website when a call is made, either from sales or service.

So when someone makes a sales or a service call it should have the ability to ping a page on your dealers website to show a conversion.

If you are having issue with this, there are services that can provide this technology as Jerrry has stated.

The service I am talking about will provide you with dynamic numbers so each time somebody lands on your website a new tracking number is placed in your website that is unique to that customer. So when the customer calls it will be linked with their browsing history and you'll be able to see the browsing history of that customer and all sorts of other little goodies.

Now that sounds freakin' wicked cool!
