I know it is frustrating to get leads from fake entries and that sometimes because of that we are forced to create forms with required fields. Taking that to the extreme some dealers have added CAPTCHAS to their forms. This is a good study about the issue. Notice the claim that over 25% of the people trying to resolve the CAPTCHA fails forcing them to leave the site.
