Looking forward to hearing opinions after the webinar tomorrow. Won't have time to do four hours, that is for sure. Have looked hard at Dealer Rater. "Knee-jerk" would be that a dealership might gain more visibility on the Cars solution. Will keep an open mind, though. Thanks! Tim

Tim - I'm part of the team at Cars.com that is putting on the Reputation Management Online Conference tomorrow. We know 4 hours is a lot of time. You most certainly don't need to stay for the entire conference. Over the 4 hours there are two workshop tracks featuring a total of 12 workshops. Just like you would with a live conference, choose the sessions that are most interesting to you and plan to attend those. You are welcome to come and go throughout the event. All of the sessions will be archived and you can view them any time following the event on-demand. Our lineup of speakers is great and offer a number of points of view on how to use reviews to fuel your business. If you are looking for details about the Cars.com product, I recommend you attend Nick Hummer's session "Cars.com Dealer Reviews Sneak Peek," which is offered at both noon and 2:30 ET. We'd love to hear your feedback following the event. - Kerri

✨ AI Highlights

Dealers discuss Cars.com's upcoming Dealer Reviews feature launching March 15th and debate whether to attend a 4-hour Reputation Management Online Conference featuring 12 workshops on review management strategies. A Cars.com representative clarifies that attendees can drop in and out of sessions and access recordings on-demand, while another user notes the conference is worthwhile and directs readers to an exclusive DealerRefresh interview about the new product. The overall sentiment suggests cautious interest in Cars.com's review solution as a visibility opportunity, though dealers are weighing it against alternatives like DealerRater.
