It frightens me with a read a comment like this, because you don't know the specifics...What package were they on?What Region?What OEM (if using new car package)?Volume of in-stock new and used?Posting price / pricing to market?Quality / Best practices with merchandising?Quality and number of photos...The list goes on and we haven't even talked about lead and phone up process.Brian, I'm not pointing fingers.. as it looks as if you do a good job. I'm merely using your comment as an example so when our members and lurkers are reading, they are reminded to consider all the different variables that ones needs to consider.
