Chrysler/Fiat Obama Speech

I have seen it in text but not video. The last part of the speech confuses me. He talks about buying American after the speech about Fiat and Chrysler merging. I'm not for sure but would Chrysler still be considered an American product? Seems to me that this global economy that we live in blurs the line of what is domestic and what is foreign.

If anyone happens to see a link to a video (or a transcript) of just the speech about the Chrysler/Fiat situation, please link it!!:)
