My Nissan dealer has been voyaging into the 2nd chance domain. We've had some good success with BlueSky Special Finance Leads but looking to possibly add another lead gen to the mix.

The finance manager brought up DealerLink, one of their reps had called him. I've heard of them through passing but never used them. I'm thinking maybe someone in the community here has and could offer up some opinions.

Looking at their website - they "seem" to be like every other Special Finance Lead company.

Thoughts?

Jeff,

I am not familiar with DealerLink, but my company does very similar special finance marketing for dealers. I looked at there website and I do have a few questions that I would ask if I was you.

1) How long is the contract and is there a minimum monthly spend?
2) Who is your "lender of last resort" and are the terms of the loan clearly listed on the disclaimer?
3) Do I have to use your CRM or can we upload leads into our existing CRM?
4) How many days a week do you process trigger leads?
5) Do I have to use your BDC and if not is there a cost reduction?

Hope this helps and if you have more questions about any special finance marketing I would be happy to help.

Ryan
