Inside Sales Representative / Entry Level

The success of our services has created incredible internal growth and we are looking to add multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join our sales team.
Our Inside Sales Reps will work out of our Waltham office and perform phone-based inside sales activities to grow and develop their assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating opportunities and prospecting both cold and warm accounts to close new business in your territory. Additionally, we also expect you to perform account management activities and cultivate strong on-going relationships with the auto dealerships to optimize any additional sales opportunities.
Our ideal candidate will have one to two years of progressively more responsible B2B inside sales work experience and is ready to get to their next level - candidates who have sold software, advertising, digital marketing services and/or have some knowledge of the automotive industry are ideal.

What you need:
· Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in related discipline along with one to two years of related B2B inside sales experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted for formal degree.
· Experience working in a metric-driven environment and the desire to be #1.
· Comfortable with technology sales tools such as SalesForce and conducting web-based demos.
· Customer focused and superior personal communications skills.
· Able to work cross-functionally within the organization with Client Services and Accounting teams.
· Have a strong sense of pace and urgency to ensure timely customer follow-up.
